Glen is a serial entrepreneur, private investor and bestselling author. He founded and built the Write Research Group into the number one talent research business in the UK before it was acquired by Capita Plc in 2013.
More recently he has published his debut novel, The Fall (book one of The Last Druid Trilogy), with all profits going to Cash for Kids.
As well as acting as Talent Insight Group’s Senior Non-Exec Director, Dawn is also an Operating Partner at HgCapital and was previously a Board Member and Joint COO of Capita plc. She was responsible for 6 of the 11 operating divisions and also led Group IT, Group HR and Group Talent.
During her 17 years with Capita, Dawn was involved and responsible for many acquisitions and she chaired two Joint Venture companies. She is a Board member for the Institute of Collaborative Working, the driving force behind ISO 44001.
David has sixteen years’ experience within talent research, insight and pipelining, both in delivery and client development.
Most recently he held the position of Practice Director: Consumer & Services for the Write Research Company, whom he joined in 2012. Prior to joining WRC, David was Research Director for a boutique research business for nine years.
Tim brings twenty years’ research and insight experience, embracing sales, account management, delivery and general management.
Having commenced his career as a Research Manager, Tim moved to traditional Executive Search and Selection before joining Glen Hall at Write Research Company in 2005. Eight years later, he was proud to be part of the senior leadership team that sold the business to Capita Plc.
Malcolm has spent three decades in senior finance positions from Fortune 500 companies to providing seed funding for start-ups.
He provides strategic and financial guidance to ensure that TIG’s financial commitments are met whilst developing all necessary policies and procedures to ensure the sound financial management and control of the Company’s business.
