Traci will be responsible for delivering first-class research on assignments across our service lines.
Traci is an experienced research and recruitment professional with over 13 years' experience in HR, compensation analysis, recruitment and executive search. She has in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, in which she worked for 10 years. Traci has experience working across various other sectors including engineering and finance.
Traci has global exposure to businesses, both large and small, working with a multi-state healthcare organisation with over 29,000 employees to being a strong asset in a small business of three.
Traci holds a BA in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
