Kathleen will be responsible for delivering first-class research on assignments across our service lines.
Kathleen has more than 30 years’ experience in delivering and managing a wide range of recruitment solutions throughout the UK.
Kathleen specialises in developing unique and tailored recruitment strategies while delivering excellent stakeholder engagement and building client relationships. She has worked across both the private and public sectors and has significant experience in diversity, attrition management and providing strategic talent acquisition advice.
Kathleen is a recent graduate of Aston University, where she received her MBA.
