Tabitha Head has been awarded the Researcher of the Year by the Executive Research Association for her work with one of our key clients.
The award is judged on three criteria:
Tabitha won this year’s award for her work with to find a suitable candidate for a senior role which had our client had been unable to fill for 18 months. She delivered a mix of market mapping, approach and candidate qualification to help our client identify the key challenges in filling the role with a top class candidate.
After sharing market insight, Tabitha advised the client that the role would be better suited to a more senior profile than initially thought. This gave access to a broader talent pool, overcame many of the challenges by increasing the role’s appeal to candidates and reflected the opportunity to make a difference to an organisation undertaking a global transformation.
Tabitha also widened the target list and then approached candidates to showcase the role in a different light. From six initial candidates, four were interviewed and a successful offer was made. We have since worked with our client on numerous other assignments as a direct result of the success of this key project.
Commenting on her award, Tabitha said, “I was surprised, but delighted, to win such a prestigious award. It’s wonderful to be recognised for the work we do that makes a real difference to our clients.”
Tim Gleave said, “We are absolutely thrilled for Tabitha. She is superbly talented and this is just reward for her achievements on this, and all other client assignments. Well done Tabitha, we are proud of you!”
David Steel added, “Tabitha absolutely deserves this prestigious award for her brilliant work on what was no question a challenging project. I am very proud of her, as I am the whole TIG Delivery team, and it doesn’t surprise me at all that both Tabitha and TIG have been recognised nationally in this way. Well done Tabitha!”
