We are recruiting for an experienced recruitment leader to join our team as a Senior Insight Director. This role will best suit someone who is hands-on with day-to-day recruitment and enjoys dealing with senior stakeholders. Ideally, you will want to become a trusted partner whose industry knowledge is valued by clients globally. This role is held entirely separately from our sales function and is focussed purely on the delivery and management of a range of diverse projects.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The Talent Insight Group referral scheme is not open to agencies.
  2. To make a valid referral, you must complete the web form at: https://www.talentinsightgroup.co.uk/referral
  3. Referrals will only be eligible if the referred candidate is not already in conversation with Talent Insight Group via any other channel
  4. There is only one reward per candidate referred. Talent Insight Group will notify the Referrer if the Referred candidate has previously been referred
  5. If a Referred candidate is sent by multiple Referrers, whichever Referrer submitted the referral first will be deemed as the Referrer
  6. To constitute a successful referral, the referred candidate must successfully complete their probationary period at Talent Insight Group
  7. The payment will only be issued for valid referrals, once the candidate has signed a contract to become a Talent Insight Group employee
  8. The referral payment will be issued within 90 days of the contract being signed
  9. The Talent Insight Group referral scheme is available to UK residents only
  10. The referrer must inform Talent Insight Group if they wish to remain anonymous
  11. In the event of any disputes regarding any Referred candidate, the decision of Talent Insight Group is final
  12. Talent Insight Group reserves the right to withdraw this scheme at any time.
