Today, Talent Insight Group turns three. We’ve had an amazing journey, partnering with over 70 clients and providing insights and locating the best talent in almost 50 countries around the world.

Few people could have predicted what 2020 has brought on both a personal and business level. In the past year, organisations have faced unprecedented changes but the pandemic has also shown the benefit of strong connections, flexible working and how technology can support us in delivering work under unusual circumstances.

Little did we expect that when Tim looked back at our two year anniversary, some of his advice would predict the times to come. Being flexible and making use of videos calls have certainly been something we’ve been embracing more than ever.

But as well as the challenges and changes, this year has added to our successes. In the past 12 months:

  • We’ve delivered work in countries ranging from Columbia to Kazakhstan, Senegal to Argentina, Turkey to Morocco.
  • This has included fascinating projects, ranging from organisational design in Africa, new market entry insight in the Czech Republic and diverse pipelines across a range of niche job families all over the globe.
  • Our Insight Director, Tabitha Head, won the Executive Research Association’s Researcher of the Year, making her the second member of our team to receive the prestigious award
  • We’ve supported 23 vulnerable families throughout lockdown by providing food parcels and vouchers
  • And we’ve raised £9,000 for the RGS bursary campaign by setting up the Sporting Challenge for students to get active and fundraise – all part of our commitment to giving something back.

As we enter our fourth year, we have big plans for the future. But we’d like to pause for a moment and take the opportunity to thank all our clients, our amazing and talented team and everyone else who has been part of the journey. We’re looking forward to seeing what the future brings next.
