For the intelligence phase of this project, we generated and collated secondary data from the public domain. This embraced:
One key finding was that major employers were struggling to hire and were therefore using wide-ranging methods to build their appeal. These included attending specialised conferences, either as participants or speakers, and organising IT community meet-ups, to network with and ultimately gain access to a future pool of talent.
It also became apparent that commercial partnerships with higher education establishments were an important way to source and develop STEM graduates.
Alongside the intelligence phase, we used advanced web research techniques to map the market and find Java Developers across the Czech Republic.
Our Talent Mapping Report listed 500 individuals identified across the top three talent hotspots. We included information about name, title, organisation, location, contact details (where applicable), Java specialism, development areas of expertise and a link to public domain profile. Our client was then free to contact individuals directly to discuss opportunities further.
Ultimately, our reports provided meaningful insights and direct access to relevant talent across the Czech Republic, shaping our client’s thinking, whilst saving considerable time and money with their recruitment activities.
