A new website to celebrate our third birthday

Talent Insight Group have launched a new website. Built with our clients in mind, it aims to provide more in-depth information to in-house talent teams and businesses looking to make better strategic decisions.

The new site includes more detailed information about our services, combined with case studies that showcase the benefits we bring to our clients. This helps our audience to understand how we can minimise recruitment costs and generate insights to help set future strategy.

The website is just one of the examples of our new branding which aims to further represent our position and values. As a business, insight is at the heart of everything we do. We illuminate the details which help our clients gain understanding of their business, the marketplace and the talent available.

We do this through four main services:

  • Talent intelligence: to help our clients understand the external market, minimise risks and make better informed decisions about talent, now and in the future.
  • Talent mapping: to find the right candidates for in-house talent acquisition teams to approach for roles, together with competitor insights to guide strategy.
  • Talent search: to research the market and discover and hire the right individuals for specific roles - a genuine alternative to expensive recruitment agencies.
  • Talent pipelining: to help clients find the hires of tomorrow by reaching out to potential talent and building relationships. This is underpinned by real-time insight that can shape future business and talent acquisition strategies.

 

In the last three years, our company has grown significantly, partnering with over 70 clients and providing insights and locating the best talent in almost 50 countries around the world.

This is just the beginning – the website will grow to include more content and a new insights section to help HR professionals stay informed about industry trends and best practice.”

“The new website offers the opportunity to highlight these stories. This includes our work to support 23 vulnerable families throughout lockdown by providing food parcels and vouchers and helping to raise £9,000 for the RGS bursary campaign by setting up the Sporting Challenge for students to get active and help those friends most in need.”
