Talent Acquisition Manager
Emma is responsible for talent acquisition across the business.
She has 10 years’ experience of recruiting agency and internal positions and has been heavily involved in setting up internal recruitment functions in the past.
Alongside recruitment, Emma’s experience includes sales management, training and coaching as well as business development and client management.
Her strengths include sourcing within a passive market, building stakeholder relationships and improving processes.
