The successful candidate needed experience of a fast-paced, acquisitive PE-backed environment, ideally from a service background. They also needed to be comfortable with an entrepreneurial culture.
The role commanded a six-figure package.
Our initial remit was to map the local market for suitably qualified individuals. We were able to identify 53 people that fitted our client’s requirements.
We produced a thorough mapping report which provided details of each of these individuals and, following a review of this information, our client asked us to approach 43 of the identified profiles.
Following an engagement phase, nine close-fit CVs were generated and all of these progressed to the first stage of a two-stage interview process. The client was able to make a successful hire, confident that they had met with the best available talent in the local market.
