Our client recognised that a major restructure would potentially lead to change within the General Manager population and in preparation wanted to be aware of external talent. They wanted to understand the talent landscape and identify suitable candidates for future consideration.
We scouted the market and identified 1,000 individuals across ten specific European markets that could be considered for future general management roles. Our focus was on individuals with significant pharmaceutical sector experience in a country senior management position. We targeted existing General Managers but also extended our scope to include senior-level sales and marketing talent.
We provided our client with ten reports which included a real-time list of post holders in relevant roles in the marketplace. This information was set in context with in-depth country-specific insights which covered competitor activity, role/remit/title, product offerings, and other useful findings.
Our client was extremely positive about the outcome and the project was extended to provide a blend of insight and pipelining to help generate candidates for future roles.
