Glen is a serial entrepreneur, private investor and bestselling author. He founded and built the Write Research Group into the number one talent research business in the UK before it was acquired by Capita Plc in 2013.
More recently he has published his debut novel, The Fall (book one of The Last Druid Trilogy), with all profits going to Cash for Kids.
Tim brings twenty three years’ research and insight experience, embracing sales, account management, delivery and general management.
Having commenced his career as a Research Manager, Tim moved to traditional Executive Search and Selection before joining Glen Hall at Write Research Company in 2005. Eight years later, he was proud to be part of the senior leadership team that sold the business to Capita Plc.
David has seventeen years’ experience within talent research, insight and pipelining, both in delivery and client development.
Most recently he held the position of Practice Director: Consumer & Services for the Write Research Company, whom he joined in 2012. Prior to joining WRC, David was Research Director for a boutique research business for nine years.
John has fifteen years’ industry experience and joined the business from Write Research, where he was a Lead Research Partner and key member of the delivery team for a number of years. He delivers global solutions across a variety of sectors, with particular expertise in Oil & Gas and Pharmaceutical markets. Prior to joining Write Research in 2013, John held senior research roles at both Populus Select and Exacta Research.
Lauren joined the business from Write Research Company where she worked as a Research Consultant covering multiple sectors. She has expertise across mapping, search and insight, in particular informing on org design and location planning across the globe. Prior to joining Write Research, she spent a number of years as a Recruitment Consultant in the senior finance market.
Jenesis has over nine years’ search and insight experience, and joined the Company from Research Europe, where she held responsibility for both research and project management. Educated in Canada, she also completed training in psychometric assessment at the University of Cambridge and is registered on the British Psychological Society’s Register of Qualifications in Test Use. Jenesis is a former winner of the Executive Research Association’s ‘Researcher of the Year’ award.
Tabitha has over sixteen years’ recruitment, search and insight experience, joining the business from Research Europe in 2019, where she held responsibility for both research, account management and business development. She had an early career in HR with Korn Ferry Whitehead Mann before moving into Executive Search & Selection. She has experience across a broad range of roles and sectors with particular experience in Board level appointments and international market insight. She holds an LLM from the University of Cape Town.
Céline has nine years’ experience in talent search & insight and also joined the business from Write Research, where she was a Lead Research Partner. Upon joining Write Research in 2015, she was seconded to the BBC, before returning to account manage a global tech client. Céline previously held executive search & recruitment roles at the likes of Henley Research, Project People and CTPartners. She was educated in both France and England.
Rob has nine years’ experience within the recruitment industry, both in external and in-house recruitment teams. He joined Talent Insight Group from Write Research where he spent just under two years working as both a Research Consultant and as a Recruiter within Capita’s Internal Resourcing business.
Victoria has over 14 years’ experience in HR with companies in Asia Pacific and Europe, working both in house and as a consultant. Before joining TIG Victoria headed up talent and reward for Formica across Europe and prior to that worked for an executive search and talent consultancy business in New Zealand. With a Masters Degree in History and post graduate diplomas in retirement and international benefits Victoria is also a mentor with the Girls Network and a Trustee for the YMCA North Tyneside.
