Senior Research Director

Do you have end-to-end experience of the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition and Research? Are you an experienced client relationship manager with knowledge of Executive Search?

Talent Insight Group is actively seeking an experienced recruitment leader to join us as a Senior Research Director within our wider delivery team. This role will best suit someone who is hands-on with day-to-day management/sourcing of passive candidates and who enjoys dealing with senior stakeholders. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing global client relationships with senior stakeholders with none of the business development responsibility.

About the role

This is a fantastic new opportunity to join us and excel in delivering varied and complex assignments across Talent Insight, Search, Mapping and Pipelining. Your work will enable our clients to make key business decisions on a global scale.

The successful applicant will partner with our clients to deliver assignments in line with our 4 key service lines.

Intelligence

Research into the external market to mitigate risk aligned with talent. Applications include salary benchmarking, location planning, structural insight; brand perception, role benchmarking.

Mapping

Research to provide an illuminated view of the talent landscape as a prelude to candidate engagement.

Search

Research to allow clients to find and recruit the best available talent in the market.

Pipelining

Proactive research to provide small, medium or large candidate pools for future talent needs. Underpinned with real time external market insight.
